In accordance with Order ECO 734/2004 of 11 March regarding the departments of customer support and the customer ombudsman for financial institutions, which develops Chapter V of Law 44/2002 of 22 November and Law 24/1988 of 28 July on the Securities Market and its implementing regulation, and in its condition as a collective investment undertaking management company, Omega Gestión de Inversiones SGIIC, S.A. provides its clients with a Customer Support (hereinafter, “CS”) entrusted with attending to and resolving customer complaints and claims regarding their interests and legally recognised rights.

Omega Gestión de Inversiones SGIIC, S.A. has a Customer Protection Regulation, for its customers that it recommends they read as it regulates both the CS operating system and internal rules, as well as the procedure to process and resolve any complaints or claims customers may present.

Your claim must be resolved no later than two months as of its lodging with Customer Service. Accordingly, if after this period elapses and it has not been resolved, or you disagree with the final decision, you can then address the claim to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission’s (CNMV) Commissioner for the Protection of Financial Services Customers:
